Donna McCoy works with attorneys as a legal nurse consultant or as a neutral mediator focusing in areas of healthcare and family disputes.

She offers the unique perspective of a formally trained mediator with masters’ degrees in conflict management and in nursing. Her experience includes over 30 years of acute care and gerontological nursing as well as extensive mediation of civil, family, probate, and pre-criminal cases through the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts’ Court-Annexed Mediation Program.
